Alyeska Pipeline Service CompanyThe 800-mile Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) is an engineering marvel that has moved 18 billion barrels of oil since startup in 1977.Alyeska Pipeline Service Company is recruiting for an Executive level corporate position supporting the overall reliable, safe, and efficient operation and maintenance of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS).Work location: Anchorage, Alaska – Position Closes June 13, 2021Alyeska offers an attractive compensation and benefits package, including competitive salary with incentive pay, 401(k) match, company pension, generous paid leave, and comprehensive health care options.Minimum Qualifications:Four (4) year degree in Business Administration or equivalentTwelve (12) years of extensive and comprehensive technical knowledge of multiple disciplines of business experience with a strong emphasis in financial management and controls, strategic planning, procurement, information technology, and general management(Applicant must demonstrate a wide and diverse background and the experience to lead a team with multiple functions)Experience with commercial and strategic planning, management reporting, financial control systems, corporate level financial responsibilities, and auditing techniquesDemonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, particularly in a diverse work environmentTrack record for delivery of value-added resultsAbility to effectively manage in an environment of changeWell-developed leadership skillsExcellent decision-making abilityProblem solving/analytical skillsProven record of managerial successSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAccountabilities & Specific Requirements:Under general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO is accountable for the following:The successful candidate will lead and oversee the CFO organization which currently includes direct reporting relations in Anchorage with Internal Audit, Controller, Procurement, Strategic Planning, Information Technology, and Cyber Security along with direct links to Fairbanks and Valdez operations.

This is a Corporate level position with company-wide responsibilities for financial and accounting controls, long and short-term strategic planning, benchmarking, and management reporting.

This role serves as an organizational change agent through innovative thinking and action.

The selected individual will be an excellent motivator with a demonstrated record of success in leading a fast-paced, high performing work environment and team, including procurement strategy and delivery and an internal audit team that operates independently.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the candidate will develop and implement corporate and functional strategies that will ensure renewal of management systems processes and staff skills.
