Repair Technician Assembler II – $12-14/hr

Repair Technician Assembler II Requires soldering experience Will work 40 hours a week Schedule is Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:00pm -OR- 6:00am-2:00pm Must be available to work Overtime as needed Temp to Hire position General Requirements: Assemble Electronic Components Review Blueprints and Specification sheets Inspect components Perform quality assurance tests Correct component defects Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear Frequently required to walk, reach or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral and depth perception, and ability to adjust focus High school diploma or equivalent Note: Must be able to pass E-Verify, background, and drug screen Certifications & Skills: Demonstrated ability to use bench-top soldering/desoldering equipment for installing, removing and replacing fine-pitch surface mount electronic components. Experience in a production environment, as an Electronics Technician Assembler or related field, or equivalent combination experience. Equivalent military experience accepted. After becoming permanent: Benefits: *401 K Plan*Medical / Dental / Vision*On the Job Training*Vacation and PTO Responsibilities: This is a highly technical, detail-oriented position, requiring extensive familiarity with circuit boards and electronic components as well as soldering and other methods of assembling electronics securely so they work as expected. Will be responsible for learning and assisting with the assembly of repair components and sub-assemblies, setup, calibration, and testing of the recording and controlling instruments / test equipment used. Ensures systems and components meet established specifications. Required to complete formal training in area of specialty. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular product. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
