Candidate must be comfortable living in a rural isolated community with limited amenities.

Fishing, hunting, aviation, backcountry adventures in the mountains or along the riversthere is plenty to do if you love the outdoors.

The foothills of the Delta Range Mountains are accessible just a short drive out of town & Wrangell-St.

Elias National Park is south of Tok.

We are hiring for a Physician Assistant to live and work in Tok, Alaska.

The Upper Tanana Health Center is staffed with PA’s, RN, Medical Assistant and Health Aide.

The patient population draws mainly from the communities of Tok, Tetlin, Northway, Tanacross and Dot Lake.

Meet applicable licensure, credentialing, and privileging standards for physician assistant role.

Due to differences in scope of care, practice, or service across settings, the specific experience required for this position may vary.

Must pass background check pursuant to federal Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act requirements.
