n n nn BASIC FUNCTION : Responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Executive Management Team to prepare and finalize business strategies on a short and long term basis.

nn nn ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES nn nn
• Establishes credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.

• Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.

• Collaborates with the Executive Management Team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the company.

• Motivates and leads a high-performance management team; attracts, recruits and retains required members of the executive team not currently in place; provides mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.

• Manage operations, the running and maintenance on a daily basic nn nn
• Participate in management meetings and give suggestions to improve policies and procedures nn nn
• Conducts meetings to find out if all departments are meeting their goals and deadlines nn nn
• Analytical—the individual synthesizes complex or diverse information.

• Problem solving—the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

• Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts productive meetings.
