Move Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Anchorage, AK posted April 18, 2021.

The Sales Coordinator has the responsibility as a Sales Professional to represent and produce bookings of our vast moving and storage services. They will work with all Out of Area customers and secure sales, in addition work with local customer and our Digital Surveying customers.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator has the responsibility as a Sales Professional to represent and produce bookings of our vast moving and storage services. They will work with all Out of Area customers and secure sales, in addition work with local customer and our Digital Surveying customers.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Conduct local surveys and set up out of area digital surveys for customers.
  • Perform estimate and close business on all leads assigned
  • Follow up and attempt to close all pending customers
  • Communicate information with local Service Center, Move Management and others to ensure quality services

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of company software
  • Interpersonal communication
  • Verbal and written skills
  • Multitasking
  • Ability to operate an IPAD, laptop and desktop computer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Education and Experience:

  • Required: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR High School diploma or GED AND equivalent experience requested but not required

Working Conditions:

  • Indoors in office and at customers location
  • Office Environment
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Frequent use of an IPAD and or computer
  • Frequent use of telephone
  • Work hours are from Monday – Friday (weekends if needed)
