Senior Associate (Remote)

Senior Associates actively contribute to all phases of client engagements including financial, strategic and organizational analysis; development and communication of recommendations; and implementation of solutions. Senior Associate are asked to take active leadership roles in end-to-end management of client work streams, including framing objectives, designing approach, conducting analysis, interpreting results and developing insights and actions. Senior Associates must be effective collaborating with clients to build relationships and influence action while also diligently leading, managing and developing junior consultants. The role is best suited to those with at least 2-4 years of prior experience in top-tier investment banking or management consulting that have completed formal training programs and numerous client engagements, but who are looking for a cultural shift that offers more autonomy over where and how they work, while still serving top-tier clients on their most important issues. 


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an analytically rigorous role (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking, investment management, corporate finance, engineering, actuarial analysis) 
  • High degree of comfort with financial statement analysis and valuation, including clearly articulated views on what drives company market values and intrinsic values  
  • Experience building complex, well designed financial and investment models with clearly structured logic and connections between inputs, analysis and outputs 
  • Genuine interest in developing and advancing thought leadership on value creation, and experience conducting quantitative market research to test and develop new thinking on company, sector and market value drivers 
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication of complex financial or strategic topics through simplified explanations and client-ready presentations  
  • Experience leading teams, designing work streams for junior team members, and collaborating with clients or cross-functional partners  
  • Sincere passion for self-development and client leadership 
  • Undergraduate degree with track-record of promotion, or advanced degree (MBA or PhD in an analytically rigorous discipline)
