Mortgage Sales Manager

This is a Full-time position in Wasilla, AK posted April 19, 2021.

The Sales Manager oversees sales team strategy and productivity in the licensed branch location, in addition to individually selling the Company’s loan products.

Aid the sales team in every aspect of fostering and developing solid sales transactions Plan and organize regular meetings with sales team Build network and community relationships Monitor/review performance of Loan Originators in the branch to achieve production goals Utilize your knowledge, training and experience to solicit and promote the Company’s loan products Generate streams of lead flow from all available sources Contact each new lead, manage the lead with the programs provided, and quickly and accurately provide the information required for the borrower to make a decision  Maintain strict compliance with regulations throughout all transactions Complete continuing education and licensing courses Stay up-to-date on changes in market conditions that affect the Company’s loan products  Perform other duties as assigned
High School Diploma
– Bachelor of Arts
At least 3 years of experience mortgage banking or loan processing Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems Must be able to effectively recruit, train and manage a team of Mortgage Originators Must at all times be able to meet any and all applicable qualifications and standards required for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act.

Must remain current on any and all applicable registration, licensing and training obligations required under the SAFE Act and/or any other state, federal or local laws pertaining to Loan Officer Certification or standards Knowledge of sales process, tactics and procedures Knowledge of compliance requirements  Previous supervisory experience preferred Current knowledge of mortgage banking, all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, as well as all company rules, procedures and policies.
