– we’re just getting started.**Summary:** As a leader of our Global Operations Sourcing Team, you will work closely with recruiting and sourcing leaders, business leaders and cross-functional partners to drive effective sourcing strategies to grow the Global Operations businesses at Facebook.

Global Operations sits at the intersection between our products and services and our community to ensure positive experiences and further our mission to give people the power to build community.

The successful leader will have built and developed diverse sourcing organizations at scale and across complex, dynamic businesses in a global environment.**Required Skills:** 1.

Define, design and implement scalable sourcing strategies for the Partnerships and Global Operations organizations across North America and in close partnership with international regions with a keen focus on impacting company-wide diversity aspirations2.

Mentor and grow geographically dispersed sourcing leaders to build inclusion across diverse teams and build a cohesive culture across the group3.

Champion career development strategies to grow the talent on our sourcing teams and strengthen their ability to drive greater impact to the business4.

Drive accountability to deliver against global organizational goals across your direct team and through collaboration with international teams while increasing efficiency and productivity5.

Lead collaboration and innovative problem solving across cross-functional partners to develop and execute an attract strategy for Partnerships and Global Operations and across the broader global recruiting sourcing community6.

Utilize data to influence the overall recruiting strategy to increase effectiveness of various programs and initiatives7.

Build cross-functional relationships in order to influence global strategy across other Sourcing and Recruiting teams to scale Sourcing innovations outside of Partnerships and Global Operations8.

Coordinate workforce planning and develop plans for operational support and delivery9.

Advise business leaders on innovative sourcing strategies utilizing external market insights and intelligence to influence direction**Minimum Qualifications:** 10.

8+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience11.

4+ years experience managing a team of sourcers and/or recruiters12.

Experience managing teams of 10+ direct reports13.

Experience designing and implementing effective recruiting strategies14.

Experience collaborating with key business leaders and senior cross-functional partners15.

Experience translating data and analysis into strategic recruitment processes and recommendations**Preferred Qualifications:** 16.

4+ years of experience leading non-technical sourcing teams17.

Experience delivering large projects, process improvements and managing through change18.

Experience managing diversity programs/teams while creating impact through inclusion19.
